Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit Still Pending Against Michigan Attorney General Filed in 2014

“Stay tuned for news regarding a Federal civil rights lawsuit filed by Mr. Palmer, supported by an array of personal and business associates, in December of 2014, which included several counts of violations of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution by the Michigan Attorney General’s office, as well as defamation & libel counts, resulting from numerous  false statements made by the Attorney General’s office.”

FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT AGAINST THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL CONTINUES…

“THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS ATTEMPTED TO CIRCUMVENT THE FEDERAL  LAWSUIT FILED BY BRIAN PALMER SR. IN DECEMBER OF 2014 USING ITS’ IMMUNITY PROTECTION DEFENSE IN ORDER TO AVOID TRYING TO PROVE ITS PRESS RELEASE WAS NOT FALSE,  THE CIVIL RIGHTS SUIT  FILED IN DECEMBER OF 2014 BY MR. PALMER WAS NOT  DISMISSED PROMPTLY MONTHS AGO AS REQUESTED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. IT APPEARS CLEAR THAT THE FEDERAL COURT  HAS TAKEN SERIOUSLY THE VIOLATIONS ALLEGED IN THE SUIT.  WHETHER THE JUDGE DISMISSES THE FEDERAL SUIT OR NOT, MR. PALMER’S REPUTATION HAS BEEN SLANDERED BY THIS FALSE PRESS RELEASE  AND DISPARAGING ALLEGATIONS ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO…”
